By accessing or using Caise ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Caise is an AI-powered case interview practice platform. The Service provides simulated case interviews, performance scoring, coaching insights, and study materials to help users prepare for management consulting interviews.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are purchased through our platform via Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
• Different features consume different amounts of credits. Current credit costs are displayed on the pricing page.
• Lifetime plans grant unlimited access to all features for the lifetime of the Service.
• Prices are subject to change, but existing purchased credits will be honored.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute your account access or credits
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service
• Submit harmful, abusive, or illegal content through the platform
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate interviewer responses, evaluations, coaching insights, and study materials. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. The Service is a practice tool and should not be considered professional career advice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology comprising the Service is owned by Caise. Case frameworks, scoring rubrics, and coaching methodologies are proprietary. You retain ownership of your own interview responses and personal data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using Caise will result in a job offer or specific interview outcomes. Performance scores are based on AI evaluation and may differ from human interviewer assessments.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or interview outcomes.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited unless otherwise required by law.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
