We use your information to:

• Provide and improve our AI case interview practice platform
• Generate personalized coaching insights and performance analytics
• Process payments and manage your account
• Send important service updates (we do not send marketing emails without consent)
• Maintain platform security and prevent abuse

3. AI and Your Data

Your case interview responses are sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic) to generate interviewer responses, evaluations, and coaching insights. These conversations are used solely to provide you with the service and are not used to train AI models. Audio is processed through ElevenLabs for text-to-speech functionality.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service Providers: Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI analysis), ElevenLabs (voice), and hosting infrastructure providers necessary to operate the platform.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
